Shipping and Delivery

All online purchases are shipped via UPS using one of the following four options selected by you: ground shipping, 2nd day, Next day or International. For your security, a signature is required upon delivery. Additionally, purchases may not be shipped to a P.O. box.

Tracking a shipment

You may track the status of your shipment by using the UPS tracking number sent to you via email at the time your order is shipped.


At Flying Lizard Design we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will accept returns of items by mail within 14 days from the date of receipt. A credit for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued provided:

  1. the item is in its original condition, and
  2. the original Packing Slip is included with the return.

If the original Packing Slip is not available, please include the following information with the returned item: order number, billing name and billing address.

Items should be securely packed in the original box, if possible.

Items purchased online may only be returned via the online store.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your Packing Slip with the return, and note the order error or specific defects.

Packages should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. Returns should be addressed to:

Exchanges cannot be made by mail. Items must be returned and a new order should then be placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable for exchanges or returns.

Gift returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 15 days of our receipt of your returned product.
